A Sacred Blue Christmas – Wellness Workshop

If Christmas is a sad time for you, take sanctuary in a cozy stable in the presence of furry, warm horses munching on hay. Rest and receive healing and peace through gently guided embodied and creative experiences with the horses.
This workshop is offered as a part of Mount Carmel’s My Time program for Women over 40. Registration is required and space is limited. To register, call 614-234-LIFE (5433).
