11th Annual OQHA All Breed Trail Ride and IMTCA Mountain Trail Challange

This is going to be a great year for the 11th annual OQHA All Breed Trail Ride and IMTCA Mountain Trail Challenge!
Be sure to get your reservations in early for a great camping Space. Please note the new location this year, we ran out of room at the last facility and now we will have endless room at the new location!
You can pay online on the website at creeksidehorsepark.com or print the forms there as well and mail them in.
Thursday we will start the day off with A full breakfast 730am-9am, a trail ride at 9am, trail challenge walk through at 10am, 11am trail challenge will start, lunch 1130am and a big dinner at 6pm. 7am awards for the day, or when finished with challenge. Will have a weekend meeting at 730pm with free giveaways for all the weekenders!
Friday we will start the day off with A full breakfast 730am-9am, a trail ride at 9am, trail challenge walk through at 10am, 11am trail challenge will start, lunch 1130am and a big dinner at 6pm. 7am awards for the day, or when finished with challange. We will have our awesome Calcutta dog race Friday evening at 8pm don’t miss seeing this and bring your best dog (s)!! We always have a blast with the dogs 🙂
Saturday we will kick off the busy day with A full breakfast at 730am, a walk through of the course at 8am, IMTCA/Jim Wells Trail Challenge 9am, Trail ride with lunch on the trail at 930am, Lunch in camp 1130am and a huge dinner at 6pm. In the evening we will announce all the awards for the day, have a silent auction, live auction, raffles and evening entertainment with Joe Coalter from the Horesemens Corral.
Sunday we will finish up the weekend with a full breakfast.
This will be a busy weekend as always. It will be ran similar to the years in the past for this event. This year we have even more sponsors so be ready for a huge event!! Our Trail Challenge course has stepped up to a certified IMTCA course designed and built by Mark Bolender!! If you are a IMTCA member, be sure to mark it on your paperwork so you can get points through IMTCA.
Also this year OQHA is offering a high point award given away Saturday night for all OQHA members. You can sign up at the weekend if you do not come as a member. We will tally the points from all 3 days. (There will also the year end awards from all of our events with OQHA)
Also there will be a high point awards (annual Belt Buckles) given by Creek Side Horse Park for everyone in the Challenge all 3 days Saturday night.
Thursday and Friday Challenge will be awarded Ribbons each day. Saturdays Challenge will have OQHAs Jim Wells Challenge added monies of $1000!!
Calcutta Dog race Friday Night will blast!!
We will also have vendors set up at this event too, be sure to come and check them out!
All proceeds from this event will be going to help Ohio youth horsemen!! A portion will be going to the OQHA Youth foundation and the rest will go to another youth horse group. We are currently looking for youth horsemen groups that would like to help out at the event and they will be the ones to earn!! (4-H, Yeta any and all groups are eligible!) We will also be doing our 4H grants again, be sure to send in essays! Details on the website.
